Upload Your Presentation (Deadline: May 14, 2020)

We recommend that you use this template, but it is not required. Feel free to add your company logo to the template, but do not remove the Scrum Alliance® logo. If you use your own PowerPoint design, please add a slide at the end mentioning the session survey.
 

Speaker Compensation Policy

We are pleased to offer the following compensation to the Primary Author associated with an accepted session:
  • 30-Minute Session: Complimentary registration + one-night accommodation at the New York Marriott Marquis*
  • 75-Minute Session: Complimentary registration + two-night accommodation at the New York Marriott Marquis*
We do not offer splitting or transferring compensation to additional presenters. You are welcome to have additional speaker(s) assist; however, they will not receive any compensation and will be responsible for paying the registration fee.

*Hotel compensation is valid for single occupancy only.
 

Hotel Reservations

All speakers should have been made a reservation at the New York Marriott Marquis. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to John Moritz at jmoritz@scrumalliance.org
  

Session Set-up, Supplies, and Support

Based on room capacity, each room will be set with full rounds or rounds mixed with theatre style. Each room will include the following equipment:
  • (2) Wireless lapel microphones and audio capabilities
  • Data projector and screen
  • Wireless Internet
  • (1) Flipchart and paper pad
  • Markers and Post-it® notes

Computer/Laptop
If required for your presentation, please bring your own laptop and appropriate adaptor to avoid software or hardware compatibility issues. Scrum Alliance will not be providing these items.

Session Support
We’ll have a volunteer room monitor at each session to welcome attendees, manage the room, time-box the session, etc. Limited, additional supplies are available by checking in with the Scrum Squad volunteers at the Speaker Resource Shop (Location: TBD).

Registration/Hospitality Desk
The Registration/Hospitality Desk will open daily at 7:30 am.
