Guide Level Certifications

Guide-level certifications are designed to authorize well qualified coaches and trainers as educators, mentors, and thought leaders in agile principles and the Scrum framework. Candidates to become a Certified Agile Coach (whether CTC or CEC) or a Certified Scrum Trainer® already hold Professional certifications from Scrum Alliance.

Certified Team CoachSM

A Certified Team Coach is a Certified Agile Coach (CAC) who focuses primarily on one or more teams or on a subset of an organization in a project or program.

Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) program is for leaders who seek to enhance their workplaces with a culture of agility with Agile values, practices, and metrics.

Certified Agile Leadership I

The first of two phases that make up this credential, focusing on leadership in an Agile context, the Agile organization, and Agile approaches to change.
